Generation Y turned out for the 2008 elections at a rate that was only surpassed by the 1972 election in which 18 year olds could vote for the first time. Will they make an impact in the 2010 midterm elections? Y Gen TV reporter Briana Conner looks at what state governments are doing to attract young voters to the polls in November.
