Bjoern Herrmann, the June Y Gen Entrepreneur, is co-founder of blackbox, a next generation seed accelerator for technology startups located in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Bjoern joins Keeping Up with Gen Y to talk about how the major driver for Gen Y entrepreneurs is making an impact in the world, in their communities, over making lots of money. He also discusses how young entrepreneurs just starting out need to strike that balance between being flexible and determined to achieve their goals.
