Jess Decelle, the August Y Gen Entrepreneur, is owner and founder of Fox & Brie, a men’s accessory line specializing in handmade bow ties, neckties, and pocket squares.
Jess joins Keeping Up with Gen Y to discuss how Gen Y should embrace branding their businesses to create a unique look that sets them apart from the competition. She also talks about the need for young entrepreneurs to separate the personal from the professional to ensure a well-rounded life.

Jess is owner and founder of Fox & Brie, a men’s accessory line specializing in handmade bow ties, neckties, and pocket squares. A graduate of both The University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and The University of Texas at Austin with a Master’s in Advertising, Jess quickly discovered that she enjoyed making bow ties more than advertisements.
Occasionally freelancing as an art director/designer for musicians and small business startups, Jess lends her unique illustration style and design perspective to other up-and-coming entrepreneurs.
