Shannon Murray: Shannon Murray is originally from Dallas but currently lives in Austin. She recently graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in broadcast journalism. Her political views are moderate, although she tends to lean toward the left. While at UT, Shannon was President of Alpha Phi sorority. Through Alpha Phi she worked closely with the American Heart Association in support of cardiac care. In her spare time she enjoys running at Town Lake, listening to live music and traveling.

    We find WordPress easy to work with, so I think it would be good for your first site. The community is very helpful if you have questions about the platform. And there are many terrific templates, both free and for little expense, to create your site the way you want it.
